Adult back to the basics

This clinic is focused on working on specific shots for an all-around game. Complementing your singles and doubles games as well.

Monday 9-10:30

Adult Open Clinics

Fast-paced clinics train players on strokes, strategy, placement and positioning.  

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 9:00-10:30 am

Cardio Tennis Clinics

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.

Friday 9:00-10:00 am

Live Ball Clinics

“Live Ball” focuses on continuous-play tennis games, competitive point play, fitness, footwork, reactions and the net game.

Wednesday 9:00-10:30 am

Pickleball Clinics

Our Pickleball clinics are designed for beginner to intermediate players who would like to work on specific aspects of their game.

Pickleball Open Social Play

For players looking for a fun, comfortable, social, non-competitive type of play.

Thursday 10:00 am-12:00 pm (Free of Charge)

Junior clinic

We offer a full complement of programs for juniors —from beginners and group lessons to private instruction.

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 pm

Members $50, Non-Members $70

Saturdays 9:00-10:30 am
